The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or a formal proposal) before work commences.

3. Quotes & Payment

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in the project proposal.
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary materials, content, and access required for the project in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights

Delays caused by late provision of materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, tools, or proprietary processes used in the creation of deliverables.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and is non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lumenfire Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission

10. Governing Law
